Alawe congratulates Oyebanji, says Governor of the Year award well-deserved

The Alawe of Ilawe-Ekiti, HRM Oba Adebanji Ajibade Alabi, has congratulated the Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, on his prestigious award as the Best Governor of the year 2023, in Community Development, by the Daily Independent newspaper.
Oba Alabi, in a congratulatory message signed by his Media Adviser, High Chief Ajibade Olubunmi, on Saturday, and provided to Daily Sun, described the award as well deserved.
According to the former Chairman of Ekiti State Council of Traditional Rulers, “Governor Oyebanjis impactful strides in the development of the various communities, particularly, at the grassroots, endeared him to the people of the state and consequently to those outside the state which accorded him high recognition throughout the country and beyond.

“The award was also in recognition of the Governors sincerity of purpose in bringing native sagacity and openness to meet the yearnings of the people in all the nooks and crannies of the state through the provision of basic infrastructures.”
He expressed his belief that “Governor Oyebanji would in future, win many laurels for his unique style of politics and governance which is being applauded by the people.”
The monarch also congratulated the wife of the Governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji and the entire family on the meritorious award.
